The invention discloses a formula for blending modification of PE and EVOH. Each 100 parts of HDPE resin is cooperatively used with 13 to 17 parts of EVOH resin, 3 to 6 parts of a PE-g-MAH compatilizer and 0.2 to 0.3 part of a HSt auxiliary agent. The formula provided by the invention can substantially improve barrier properties.
