The exosome (gamma delta TDE) derived from gamma delta-T cellscarries exogenous miR-138 for realizing direct targeted recognition and killing on tumor cells, meanwhile, PD-1/PD-L1 is inhibited, the antitumor immunity activity of T lymphocytes/NK cells is enhanced, and the effect of inhibiting tumor growth/invasion/metastasis is achieved through direct and indirect paths.
