Abstract

The method is characterized in that a specific derivatization agent is added to anacetonitrile solution of the sulfonamides and is then subjected to quick derivatization within 5min; the fluorescence of sulfanilamide is quenched after derivatization; the characteristic ions detected by a mass spectrometer (an electrospray ionization source) are para-position diazotization type benzenesulfonyl ions; the electrospray ionization source type mass spectrometer is capable of detecting the characteristics ions with common characters; and the sulfonamide homolog can be quickly recognized based on the change characteristics of the fluorescence intensity after chemical derivatization and the mass spectrum characteristics ions. The sulfonamides include sulfadiazine, sulfisomidine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethythiadiazole, sulfamonomethoxine, sulfadimidine, sulfathiazole, sulfamethoxypyridazine, pyridazol and sulfamerazine.
