Abstract

The invention discloses a flange-connected steel-frame structure. The flange-connected steel-frame structure is formed by directly splicing prefabricated beams with flange discs with prefabricated columns with flange discs through a flange joint, namely that the flange-connected steel-frame structure comprises the prefabricated beams, a main body of the flange joint and the prefabricated columns, wherein each prefabricated beam is provided with an end flange disc, and each prefabricated column is provided with an end flange disc; the prefabricated beams and the flange joint as well as the prefabricated columns and the flange joint are respectively connected through bolts so as to form the steel-frame structure; and the steel-frame structure comprises a flange joint with five ports, a flange joint with three ports, a flange joint with five ports in a top layer, a flange joint with five ports in a bottom layer, a flange joint with three ports in a top layer, a flange joint with three ports in a bottom layer. The flange-connected steel-frame structure is convenient, practical and detachable and can be repeatedly used; and a stress concentration phenomenon at a joint of an original frame structure is alleviated, the labor output is reduced, a structural beam column is relatively standard while meeting the construction requirements, the labor is saved, the working period is shortened, and the construction is environmentally friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a connection method of beams and columns, in particular to a steel frame structure connected by flanges. Background technique [0002] The connection of beams and columns in the frame structure is generally directly rigid or hinged. This connection method is cumbersome, there are many joints, the materials are not easy to be reused, and the stress concentration at the frame nodes is significant; the workload of the joints is large, and there are many processes. Materials and construction are affected by seasons and on-site construction has a greater impact on the environment. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a steel frame structure using flange connection to solve the problems raised in the above-mentioned background technology. [0004] To achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: [0005] A steel frame structure with fla...
