The chest compression system comprises an end cover and a pressurizing system; an apparatus operating hole is kept in the end cover; the pressurizing mechanism comprises an inflatingport, an inflating passage and a pressurized air source connecting device; the inflating port communicates with a thoracic cavity; the end cover is connected to the upper locating ring to seal the thoracic cavity; pressurized gas enters the inflating passage via the pressurized air source connecting device and the thoracic cavity is inflated and pressurized via the inflating port, so that positivepressure is formed in the thoracic cavity to compress such tissues as pulmonary lobes and the like, and subsequently, an operative view field is widened. The incision protector having the chest compression function further comprises a smoke discharge system; the gas discharge amount of the smoke discharge system is less than the inflating volume of the chest compression system, so that cyclic alternating of chest gas is guaranteed and smoke is discharged, and meanwhile, the positive pressure of the thoracic cavity is kept.
