The device comprises a rack, a workbench,a sealing mechanism and a clamping mechanism; the workbench is fixed on the rack; the workbench is connected with a screw rod, a pressing block is arranged on the periphery of the screw rod, a threaded pair is formed by the pressing block and the screw rod, a sliding chute is formed in the rack, an air inlet cylinder is fixed on the rack, a sliding block is fixed on the pressing block, and an airinlet rod is fixed on the pressing block; wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a guide sleeve assembly, a clamping air cylinder, a connecting rod and a pressing plate; the air inlet air cylinderis communicated with the clamping air cylinder, and a sealing strip is fixed on the pressing plate; the guide sleeve assembly comprises a guide sleeve and an air bag, the guide sleeve and the screw rod form the threaded pair, and an air inlet is formed in the air bag; the sealing mechanism comprises a sealing hydraulic cylinder and a sealing plate, the sealing hydraulic cylinder is located above the workbench, and sealing ports are formed in the pressing plate and the sealing plate.
