Abstract

The invention discloses a robust economic dispatch determining method and system for a low carbon power system. The method comprises the steps that the operation data of carbon capture units CCPs areacquired; a robust economic dispatch model is established according to the operation data; the Pareto optimal solution set is determined according to the robust economic dispatch model; a dispatch policy is determined in the Pareto optimal solution set by using a Nash negotiation criterion; the dispatch policy takes into account the power generation cost and the carbon emission amount; and according to the dispatch policy, a golden section method is used to determine robust economic dispatch. The robust economic dispatch determining method and system can take into account the power generationcost and the carbon emission amount, and can improve the stability of the low carbon power system.
