The method comprises the steps that a current temperature of lubricating oil of a reducer is obtained, according to a mapping relation between a preset temperature and a reducer efficiency coefficient, the reducer efficiency coefficient under the current temperature is obtained; according to a mapping relation among a preset reducer lubricating oil temperature, an assembly requirement torque, a motor rotating speed and reducer efficiency, a reducer efficiency corresponding to a current assembly requirement torque and a current motor rotating speed is obtained; according to the reducer efficiency coefficient, the reducer efficiency, the current assembly requirement torque and the transmission ratioof the reducer, a motor output torque is determined so as to achieve the control on the electric drive system torque. The provided method and device can improve the control precision of electric drivesystem assembly torques of battery electric vehicles.
