Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer biomedical materials and provides preparation and application of a thermally reversible Diels-Alder reaction based polymer-nanometer molybdenumdisulfide sheet composite hydrogel. The composite hydrogel is formed by performing thermally reversible Diels-Alder reaction in a nanometer thin-layer molybdenum disulfide sheet aqueous solution. Thethermally reversible Diels-Alder reaction is generated by maleimide groups in thiol-polyethylene glycol-maleimide and furan groups in furan hyaluronic acid under heat environment. The self-healing ability is that a material utilizes the photo-thermal transformation characteristic of a nanometer thin-layer molybdenum disulfide sheet under illumination of near infrared light to enable the temperature of hydrogel raise to a thermally reversible temperature of the Diels-Alder reaction, and thus the purpose of self healing is realized.
