The rectifying unit performs rectification on AC power and outputs DC to the first energy storage unit. The first energy storage unit supplies electric energy to a load. The control unit detects voltage magnitude of the first energy storage unit and controls impedance change of the adjustable impedance unit according to the detected voltage magnitude.
