According to the preparation method of the seed coating agent for preventing and treating the root-rot disease, disclosed by the invention, the uniconazole, the tebuconazole andthe hymexazol with different action mechanisms are compounded and screened to obtain an optimum compound proportion; the compounded medicament with the proportion has synergistic effects on three kinds of pathogenic fusarium which cause the root-rot disease.
