Abstract

The invention discloses pueraria lobata leaf alcohol extract and application thereof to dispelling effects of alcohol and protecting liver. The pueraria lobata leaf alcohol extract is prepared throughthe following steps: (a) weighing a proper amount of pueraria lobata leaf crude powder; (b) adding an ethanol solution of 4 to 8 times the amount of the pueraria lobata leaf crude powder into the pueraria lobata leaf crude powder and immersing; (c) refluxing by utilizing a 70 percent to 100 percent ethanol solution with the temperature of 80 DEG C and filtering; (d) filtering to obtain filteringdreg and repeating steps (b) and (c); (e) combining filtered filtrate and carrying out rotary evaporation; centrifuging and collecting supernatant; enabling the supernatant to pass through a macroporous resin column according to the flow speed of 1 to 3mL*min<-1>; washing with distilled water until the supernatant is transparent; eluting with 500mL of 30 to 50 percent ethanol and 60 to 80 percentethanol respectively at the flow speeds of 1 to 3mL*min<-1>; combining eluting solutions and concentrating in vacuum; freezing and drying to obtain the pueraria lobata leaf alcohol extract.
