The method specifically comprises the following processes of extracting an entity object, an attribute constraint and a correlation relationship defined in a design standard clause, and establishing a standard clause system; comparing the standard clause system with an entity object, an attribute constraint and a correlation relationship defined in an IFC standard, and extracting and recording parts undefined in the IFC standard according to a comparison result to serve as extended standard information inthe IFC standard; selecting a corresponding IFC model extension mechanism, and establishing a design standard review-based IFC data model framework; and mapping specific data information in an obtained three-dimensional model to the established design standard review-based IFC data model framework, thereby enabling an IFC data model to completely express the information required for design standard review.
