When thebird-repelling device is not mounted, expense for cleaning the bird shit on the solar cell panels of 10MW is 320000RMB a year; according to data released by State Statistics Bureau, solar power production in the whole China in April of 2017 is 5 billion KWH, and expense for cleaning the bird shit is 16x1.04 million RMB a year. Power production reduction and value of damaged photovoltaic panels caused by the heat spots generated by the bird shit on the solar cell panels are far greater than the expense for cleaning the bird shit. The device is harmless to birds, free of impact on environment and environment-friendly.
