A pressurized tank isvertically disposed, and a plunger is arranged inside the pressurized tank; the bottom of the pressurized tank is connected with the safety valve, a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder slidably passesthough an upper end cover of the pressurized tank and then is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the plunger, an outlet of the high temperature steam generating device is connected with oneside of the middle portion of the pressurized tank through a pipe, and the other side of the middle portion of the pressurized tank is connected with a main exhaust pipe communicated with an inner cavity of the pressurized tank. The air outlet end of the main exhaust pipe is connected with two flange detection interfaces respectively through two branch exhaust pipes, and the high temperature steamgenerating device is provided with a thermometer; a first pressure meter and a first stop valve are arranged on a pipe between the high temperature steam generating device and the pressurized tank; and the main exhaust pipe is connected with a second pressure meter and a second stop valve.
