Abstract

The invention provides an automatic throttle control system based on man-tramcar identification. A hydraulic air cylinder is installed below each throttle, a pressure sensing track is arranged below each throttle, and a laser sensor used for sensing tramcars and a temperature infrared detector used for sensing pedestrians are installed on the front and rear sides of each throttle respectively; when the sensor on the front side of each throttle senses that the tramcars or the pedestrians are about to pass through, the corresponding hydraulic air cylinder opens the throttle; when the sensor on the rear side of each throttle senses that the tramcars or the pedestrians pass through the throttle, the corresponding hydraulic air cylinder closes the throttle; logic OR linkage between the two throttles is designed, and when one throttle is opened, whether or not the other throttle stays in a closed state is determined at first. The invention also provides an automatic throttle control method based on the man-tramcar identification. The method includes the steps of using the laser sensors and pressure sensors for sensing the tramcars, using the temperature infrared detectors for sensing thepedestrians, opening the corresponding throttle when there are advancing objects in front of the throttle, and closing the corresponding throttle automatically after the advancing objects pass through the throttle.
