Raw materials comprise an A component and a B component, wherein the A component is isocyanate;the B component is 60-90% of b1, 5-15% of b2, 5-10% of b3, monohydric alcohol the weight of which is 1-10% of the total weight of polyols, water the weight of which is 3-4.5% of the total weight of the polyols, a catalyst the weight of which is 0.2-4% of the total weight of the polyols, and a foam stabilizer the weight of which is 0.2-3% of the total weight of the polyols; the b1, the b2 and the b3 are the polyols; the sum of the contents of the b1, the b2 and the b3 is 100; the b1 is a propylene oxide (PO)-ethylene oxide (EO) copolymerized polyol or a conjugate thereof, with the EO content being greater than 60%, the degree of functionality being 3 and the equivalent being greater than 1000; the b2 is a PO-EO copolymerized polyol or a conjugate thereof, with the PO content being greater than 90%, the degree of functionality being 2 and the equivalent being greater than 500; and the b3 is a polyester polyol with the degree of functionality being 2 and the equivalent being greater than500.
