The device is connected with a PLC and comprises the water cooler, a backwashing device as well as a waterinlet pipe and a water return pipe which are connected with the water cooler, wherein a return water temperature sensor and a return water maintenance valve are arranged on the water return pipe, a first valve is arranged between the return water temperature sensor and the return water maintenance valve, an inlet water temperature sensor and an inlet water maintenance valve are arranged on the water inlet pipe, a second valve is arranged between the inlet water temperature sensor and the inlet water maintenance valve, the backwashing device is arranged between the water inlet pipe and the water return pipe, one end of the backwashing device is arranged on the water return pipe between the return water temperature sensor and the first valve, and the other end of the backwashing device is arranged on the water inlet pipe between the inlet water temperature sensor and the second valve.
