Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of using Dongjuan series variety (Yanzhimi) as a male parent, using Chunjuan series variety (Chunwubao) as a female parent, hybridizing, collecting the capsule after hybridizing at the current year, stripping seeds, developing a sterile seedling with 7 to 10 buds and height of about 8 to 10cm by a special tissue culture technique, and performing subculture rooting, so as to obtain four to six times of propagation coefficient.
