A shot blasting chamber is mounted on the base in a sliding manner, a translation unit is arranged between the shot blasting chamber and the base, an inlet is arranged on the side, facing the conveying mechanism, of the shot blasting chamber, and a shot blasting mechanism is arranged in the shot blasting chamber. The shot blasting mechanism comprises a conveying pipe rotationally mounted on the shot blasting chamber, a fixed ring fixed to the bottom of the conveying pipe, a pair of spray pipes arranged on the fixed ring in a sliding manner and an air pipe arranged among the spray pipes and an inner cavity of the conveying pipe.
