Abstract

The invention relates to a mechanism reliability modeling method. The method is implemented mainly through the four steps that first, random process fitting is performed on sample data to obtain a degradation model; second, time-varying correlation analysis is performed on degradation characteristic quantities, a D-VineCopula function is used to perform multi-element correlation modeling, and time-varying correlation is described by use of a Kendall coefficient time-varying model; third, sampling is performed on correlation characteristic quantities; and fourth, a limit state equation of a failure mode is established, all samples are substituted into a performance function for analysis, and reliability is obtained through calculation. Based on the proposed multi-element time-varying correlation degradation modeling method, the defect that through an existing modeling method, a mechanism reliability result error is large because multiple characteristic quantities are assumed independently is overcome. Meanwhile, through the method, the correlativity among multiple degradation characteristic quantities can be flexibly constructed, time-varying modeling can be performed on the correlativity, and the obtained reliability assessment result is more accurate.
