The inner frame is connected with vehicle window glassand used for fixing the vehicle window glass, and the outer frame is connected with a vehicle body and is a supporting framework of the whole structure. The movable hinge assembly is used for connecting the vehicle body and the escape window glass and divided into a vehicle body connecting part, a rotating connecting part and a glass connecting part. The opening and locking mechanism comprises anopening handle, a sliding zipper, locking buckles and a return spring. The opening alarm system comprises an alarm and a magnetic head switch, and issues an alarm when the outward-pushing-type emergency window is opened or the opening risk exists. The outward-pushing-type emergency window is simple in principle and reliable and stable in structure, when a movable hinge rotates, the rotating centercan be changed, the strength of the hinge is guaranteed, and the size of the hinge is further decreased.
