Abstract

The invention discloses an SMD light and color adjusting LED lamp and a manufacturing method thereof. The SMD light and color adjusting LED lamp comprises a first substrate, LED chips which are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the first substrate at intervals and are different in color temperature, and a second substrate connected with the lower surface of the first substrate; the secondsubstrate is provided with a circuit connection layer for electric conduction, and guiding-out bonding pads which are connected with the circuit connection layer and used for being connected with anexternal power source; and circuits corresponding to the LED chips with different color temperatures are distributed on the upper surface of the first substrate, and the positions where the circuits on the upper surface of the first substrate intersect are provided with through holes which are used for guiding the circuits to the lower surface of the first substrate so that the circuits can be connected with the circuit connection layer. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the first substrate is provided with the through holes, the LED chips different in color temperature are uniformly arranged on the surface of the first substrate at intervals, accordingly, wire jumping is not needed, the light emitting effect of the light and color adjusting LED lamp is good, and light spots are uniform.
