Abstract

The compensating membrane is of a cup-shaped sleeve structure, sleeves the rod and is made of a deformable material. The opening portion of acup-shaped sleeve is connected with the inner wall of the tubular shell in a sealing mode, and the bottom of the cup-shaped sleeve is connected with the rod in a sealing mode. The inner cavity of thetubular shell is divided by the compensating membrane and the piston into a compensating chamber, a material storage chamber and a pressure chamber in sequence from the opening end to the sealed endof the inner cavity of the tubular shell. At least one fluid path which is used for communicating with the material storage chamber and the pressure chamber is arranged on the piston assembly, and atleast one fluid path which is used for communicating with the two sides of the bearing is arranged on the bearing.
