Abstract

The invention discloses a device for measuring the rolling angle of liquid on a material surface, and belongs to the field of nano material detection. The device is used to measure the rolling angle of liquid on the surface of a material to be detected. The device comprises a support, a screw, a slide block, a flat plate, and an angle meter. The support is provided with an inclined plane. The screw is parallel to the inclined plane, has a same dip angle as that of the inclined plane, and is fixed above the inclined plane. The screw penetrates the slide block and cooperates with the slide blockthrough threads. The slide block is driven by the screw to slide up and down along the inclined plane. The flat plate is arranged above the screw and the slide block. The flat plate is pivot-connected to a high position of the inclined plane. The bottom surface of the flat plate is supported by the slide block. The flat plate is made of a material to be tested, or the upper surface of the flat plate is provided with a test area for fixing a material to be tested. The angle meter is used to measure the inclination angle of the flat plate. By rotating the screw, the angle of the flat plate canbe adjusted freely, and the rolling angle of liquid on the material surface can be accurately measured.
