The technological process comprises the following steps: preparing a glass substrate, and drawing a CAD engineering drawing by analyzing and designing the required figure; by referring to the drawing, sequentially performing practical mould making, mould positioning and on-substrate positioning; after the glass substrate is qualified according to quality inspection, performing on-substrate positioning processing of the glass substrate; heating, and performing constant-temperature setting; finally, cooling to obtain basic hot bending glass; by referring to the finished product inspection diagram, performing quality inspection on the basic hot bending glass; if the basic hot bending glassis qualified, continuing the processing; putting the qualified basic hot bending glass into a shaping jig to fix the shape; in cooperation with temperature regulation, automatically calibrating the hot-bent tempered glass flat, to obtain a finished product of hot bending tempered glass; and packaging the flat finished product of hot bending tempered glass for storage.
