Abstract

The invention provides an overturning hopper which comprises a hopper body and a bracket for mounting the hopper body. The hopper body is rotatably mounted on the bracket through a rotating shaft. Thehopper further comprises a fixed pulley and a motor assembly which are correspondingly located on the left side and the right side of the rotating shaft. The motor assembly comprises a motor and a tightening wheel driven by the motor. A traction rope fixing part is arranged on the side wall of the hopper. A traction rope is fixed to the traction rope fixing part, guided by the fixed pulley and then wound around the tightening wheel. According to the overturning hopper, the motor drives the tightening wheel to rotate so that the traction rope can be wound around the tightening wheel, accordingly, the hopper is overturned, and materials in the hopper are discharged; and when the motor drives the tightening wheel to rotate in the opposite direction, the hopper returns to the original position under the action of gravity.
