Abstract

The invention discloses a compound production line underboarding-free finished product cold press machine. The cold press machine comprises a first cold press mechanism, a second cold press mechanismis connected with the portion under the first cold press mechanism through a supporting framework, a sewage drainage mechanism is arranged at the upper side of the second cold press mechanism, and thefirst cold press mechanism is connected with a hydraulic cylinder through a hydraulic motor; the lower side of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with hydraulic rods, the lower sides of the hydraulic rods are detachably connected with a cold press plate, the cold press plate is composed of a refrigerating mechanism and a buffering-type cold press plate, a refrigerant storage box is arranged at the right side of the refrigerating mechanism and connected with a cooling drainage pipe through a pipeline, and the cooling drainage pipe is composed of condensation pipe bodies; the lower side of thecooling drainage pipe is connected with the buffering-type cold press plate through a pipeline, a buffering groove is formed in the inner side of the buffering-type cold press plate, the inner sidesof the buffering groove are connected with buffering springs, the buffering springs are fixedly connected with a sponge pad at the lower side, and the lower side of the sponge pad is fixedly connectedwith a cold press plate face.
