The method adopts the characteristic function for determining a fact thatwhether the thermal design of the base station meets the requirements, thus dispersibility of test data is effectively utilized; the method is easy to implement, thus design difficulty and cost are effectively reduced; and under some extreme conditions, if the actual thermal design can not meet a derating requirement but meets a rated requirement, risk information of a product in the scene is quantitatively given, and more bases are provided for decision making.
