The frame is further provided with a liquid injection tank, and a liquid outlet is arranged in the outer side wall of the liquid injection tank. A liquid outlet hose is connected to the liquid outlet, and an inner cylinder is rotatably connected in the liquid injection tank. The inner wall of the inner cylinder is provided with a through hole at the same height as theliquid outlet. A transparent baffle is further installed on the frame near the liquid outlet hose, and a liquid inlet is arranged in each automobile water tank. Through matching of the sheave and thedriving disc, the automobile water tanks achieves one-way periodic rotation with stop, and water injection of each automobile water tank is achieved during the stop.
