The embodiment of the invention provides a power supply management method and an intelligent robot. The method is applied to the intelligent robot. The intelligent robot comprises several function components. The intelligent robot provides power for each function component through respective and independent power supply channels. The method comprises the following steps of determining a current usage scene and a current remaining electric quantity; comparing the remaining electric quantity with an outage electric quantity threshold corresponding to each function component in the current usagescene, wherein in any usage scene, the outage electric quantity threshold corresponding to each function component is negatively correlated with the priority of a power supply demand; and if the remaining electric quantity is less than the outage electric quantity threshold corresponding to any function component in the current usage scene, stopping supplying power to the function component. In the scheme, the work time of the intelligent robot after each charging is effectively prolonged so as to solve a problem that the intelligent robot needs to be charged frequently.
