The pesticide composition of the invention is enhanced in spreadability on a leaf, overcomes pesticide liquid slip loss caused by hydrophobicity of a waxy layer of the leaf, reduces driftof pesticide liquid, and can carry the pesticide to rapidly penetrate a stratum corneum of the leaf so as to make full use of the effect of the pesticide. The citrus essential oil of the invention contains the orange peel essential oil and grapefruit essential oil at an appropriate proportion and has good pesticide liquid penetration effect.
