The invention relates to a technology for repairing a big-
caliber concrete pipeline lining by utilizing 
thin wall stainless steel. The repair technology comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating in the earlier stage; (2) rolling and transporting the 
thin wall stainless steel; (3) positioning, internally supporting and spot-
welding the stainless steel lining; (4) 
welding a stainless steel lining 
pipe; (5) conducting 
liquid penetration testing on the weld joint of the stainless steel lining 
pipe; (6) 
pickling and inactivating the weld joint; (7) 
rounding off in the later period. The technology for repairing the big-
caliber concrete pipeline lining by utilizing 
thin wall stainless steel provided by the invention adopts the thin wall stainless steel to repair the big-
caliber concrete pipeline (the 
diameter of the pipeline is larger than DN2000); compared with the other pipeline repair schemes, the anticorrosion property of the repaired pipeline is greatly increased, the service life of the pipeline can be prolonged by more than 30 years; for repair of the 
water supply pipeline, the technology can achieve higher 
water quality and weight of 
water supply than other schemes; compared with the pipeline laying again, the cost is greatly lowered, and the construction cycle is shortened.
