The method comprises the following steps of (1) building a new pore throat connection model, and idealizing an actual effective pore throat system in a rock core as a model formed by continuously connecting countless cylinders with the radiuses of ri and the lengths of delta L;(2) deriving a permeability formula according to the new pore throat connection model; (3) carrying out a high-pressure mercury injection experiment on a sample to obtain high-pressure mercury injection data, and making a relation curve chart of a reciprocal of a square of a capillary pressure and a saturation degree of mercury injection; and (4) determining the main control factors, secondary main control factors and auxiliary control factors of the permeability. The method disclosed by the invention not only can accurately determine the main control factors of the permeability but also candetermine the secondary main control factors, the auxiliary control factors and the like.
