Disclosed is a medical oral cavity inspector comprising: a scissor pair comprising a first scissor arm and a second scissor arm, the scissor arms crossing each other and being rotatably connected to each other via a common rotating shaft; a first tooth supporting sleeve, rotatably connected to a first end of the first scissor arm and used for supporting the upper row of teeth of a patient; a second tooth support sleeve, screwed to a first end of the second scissor arm and used for supporting the lower row of teeth of the patient; a tongue depressor, disposed on the tip of the first end of thesecond scissor arm; a sliding cylinder, having both ends respectively connected to second ends of the two scissor arms; a driving pair, disposed between the sliding cylinder and the common rotating shaft, and composed of two driving rods, wherein first ends of the two driving rods are rotatably connected to each other via a driving shaft and second ends of the two driving rods are respectively connected to the two scissor arms; and a pull rod, having a first end rotatably connected onto the driving shaft and a second end slidably supported on the second scissor arm.
