Abstract

The invention provides n application program crash log processing method, system and apparatus and a storage medium, wherein the processing method comprises the following steps: receiving a crash logreported by an application program; carrying out symbolic processing on the crash log, and converting the format of the crash log into a readable format; analyzing the crash log to obtain fingerprintinformation of the crash log; calculating the similarity between fingerprint information of each crash log, and classifying the crash logs whose similarity is higher than the preset similarity threshold into the same crash cluster. The characteristic information of the crash clustering is obtained, and the crash clustering is pushed to a corresponding service department according to the characteristic information. By symbolizing and clustering the crash log and identifying the business department to which the clustering belongs, the invention facilitates developers to timely understand, troubleshoot and repair the crash problem.
