Abstract

The invention discloses a lithium battery management system integrating information collection, data communication, and power balance functions, the system includes a battery pack controller and a plurality of cell controllers, the input port of each cell controller is connected with a cell, the plurality of cell controllers are connected in series to form a battery pack at the output terminal thereof, the output terminal of the battery pack is connected with the output terminal of the battery pack controller, and the input terminal of the battery pack controller is connected with an electricity utilization load or a charging device. The power topology of the cell controllers adopts a bidirectional DC-DC converter for realizing charging or discharging of cells; the cell controllers and thebattery pack controller communicate through power signal composite modulation communication. The invention can realize multiple functions such as information collection, data communication, battery electric energy active balance, battery pack protection, and historical information storage, and has the advantages of low communication cost, simple maintenance, wiring harness saving, compact structure and convenient secondary use of the battery.
