silicon controlled bypass switch; through an AI pre-judgment technology, a
power grid voltage drop or increase trend is pre-judged, and a series
power unit is conducted in advance; a topology change-over switch is connected to form a boost or buck topology, and when the voltage of a
power grid is too low or too high, the normal voltage of a user is ensured through PR closed-
loop control; when the rear-end line / load breaks down, reclosing control is carried out; and voltage upper and lower limits are adjusted remotely.
