The retainer is connected to outer rings of the upper leaf spring and the lower leaf spring by bolts, and inner rings of the upper leafspring and the lower leaf spring are connected to the intermediate shaft. The outside of the retainer is provided with a chassis, and the chassis is used for supporting the retainer.
