The invention provides a two-set excitation coil multi-electrode electromagnetic correlation flow meter sensor, which can specifically comprise: a measuring tube, two sets of excitation structure components, two sets of array detecting electrode components, and an insulating lining, wherein the two sets of excitation structure components are vertically distributed with each other and are arrangedon the same circumference parallel to the outer wall of the measuring tube; furthermore, the two mutually perpendicular sets of excitation structure components cooperate to produce two vector magneticfields which are uniform and mutually perpendicular; the two sets of array detecting electrode components are located in the two mutually perpendicular vector magnetic fields generated by the two sets of excitation structure components, and are arranged, in the measuring tube, on two sections of the upstream and downstream in the flow direction thereof; the mutual spacing of the two sections in the axial direction of the measuring tube is L; and the insulating lining is arranged on the inner tube wall of the measuring tube.
