Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, although the underwater polarization imaging method can remove the influence of background scattered light, the problem of color distortion caused by the absorption effect of water body has not been solved, which leads to the limited reconstruction effect of the obtained underwater image and easily causes recognition errors.

Embodiment 2

[0058] Embodiments of the present invention are based on the above-mentioned embodiments, and specifically introduce a natural light underwater polarization imaging method provided by the embodiments of the present invention. The method specifically includes:

[0059] Step 1, establishing the first model of the third polarization image through the first polarization image and the third polarization image;

[0060] Step 1.1, obtaining the light intensity of the first polarization image and the second polarization image respectively;

Abstract

The invention relates to a natural light underwater polarization imaging method. The method comprises the following steps of establishing the first model of a third polarization image through a firstpolarization image and a third polarization image; establishing the second model of a fourth polarization image through a second polarization image and a fourth polarization image; acquiring the lightintensity of a fifth polarization image according to the light intensity of the third polarization image and the first model of the third polarization image; acquiring the light intensity of a sixthpolarization image according to the light intensity of the fourth polarization image and the second model of the fourth polarization image; and acquiring the light intensity of final underwater imagetarget radiation light according to the light intensity of the fifth polarization image and the light intensity of the sixth polarization image. In the invention, through researching the reason of a underwater image color distortion, the light intensity of the fifth polarization image and the light intensity of the sixth polarization image are acquired so as to recover the color information of a scene; and then, the light intensity of the fifth polarization image and the light intensity of the sixth polarization image are used to reconstruct the clear final underwater image without a color distortion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of optical imaging, and in particular relates to a natural light underwater polarization imaging method. Background technique [0002] Passive underwater polarization imaging is mainly used in shallow sea areas where sunlight can be irradiated. By using the polarization information of the scene, the background scattered light can be effectively removed and a clear scene image can be reconstructed. In underwater scenes, the main factors affecting the imaging quality are the scattering of light waves by suspended particles in water and the absorption of light waves by water bodies. Among them, the scattering of light waves will cause the incident light to propagate towards the detector, superimposed on the target information light, resulting in a decrease in image contrast; the absorption of light waves will cause different attenuation conditions of light waves of different wavelengths in water, resulting in t...
