The indoor and outdoor combined automatic three-dimensional parking system comprises a three-dimensional garage, an outdoor garage and atransport vehicle. The three-dimensional garage includes an outer frame, a horizontal movement mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a comb exchange mechanism, a parking comb plate set and a transition platform. The outdoor garage includes a platform plate, a climbing transition plate, fitting strips, first pressure sensors, and self-detecting comb assemblies. The self-test comb assemblies include concave comb plates, misalignment detecting plates, second pressure sensors and third pressure sensors. The transport vehicle includes a chassis, a traveling assembly, a transport vehicle bracket, a lifting plate, a lifting slide shaft, and a hydraulic cylinder. According to the invention, the three-dimensional garage and the outdoor garage are combined, a vehicle owner just needs to park a vehicle inthe outdoor garage, and the vehicle is can be transported to the three-dimensional garage for parking.
