The outdoor garage includes a platform plate, a climbing transition plate, fitting strips, first pressure sensors, and self-detecting comb assemblies. The self-test comb assemblies include concave comb plates, misalignment detecting plates, second pressure sensors and third pressure sensors. The transport vehicle includes a chassis, a traveling assembly, a transport vehicle bracket, a lifting plate, a lifting slide shaft, and a hydraulic cylinder.
