Abstract

The invention discloses a filling mechanism of a tea filling machine. The filling mechanism comprises a rack, a weighing system and a filling system. The filling system comprises a capping and decapping mechanism and a filling valve. The capping and decapping mechanism comprises a swing platform, a movable support plate and a fixed support plate. A cap pressing air cylinder and a filling air cylinder are mounted on the upper surface of the swing platform, and the lower surface of the swing platform is connected with the fixed support plate through the filling valve. A swing air cylinder is further mounted on the upper surface of the movable support plate. A lifting air cylinder is arranged on the rear portion of the swing air cylinder. An original filling valve is replaced with a valve port combining the end face type and the cylindrical surface type; the dual sealing method including common sealing and conical sealing is adopted; the problems that when foreign matter is included in the valve closing process, the valve cannot be closed tightly, and tea is broken into pieces are solved; in addition, the open degree of the filling valve can be changed, switching of high-speed fillingand low-speed filling is achieved, and the filling precision is improved; and by means of the novel capping and decapping mechanism, the automation degree is raised.
