The frequency converter is positioned on an external cooling air channel which is formed by a heat exchange device; the frequency converter comprises an outer shell, a driving unit and a filtering unit; the outer shell is provided with an accommodating cavity; the outer shellcomprises a first end and a second end which are arranged at an interval in the extending direction of the external cooling air channel; air flow in the external cooling air channel flows from the first end to the second end; the driving unit is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is positioned at the first end of the outer shell; and the filtering unit is arranged in the accommodating cavityand is positioned at the first end of the outer shell.
