Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the current drowning alarm equipment, most of the personnel need to wear relevant anti-drowning equipment in advance, and drowning by the lake / river is a sudden accident, so the wearable drowning alarm equipment is not feasible, and this type of equipment is also It is impossible to monitor the image of the riverside monitor in real time, which is convenient for the police officers to confirm the second time and reduce the false alarm rate

Embodiment Construction

[0030] The present invention will be described in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawing now. This figure is a simplified schematic diagram only illustrating the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, so it only shows the components relevant to the present invention.

[0031] like figure 1 As shown, a drowning alarm system and method based on displacement signals and decibel signals of the present invention includes a displacement sensor 1 with a stroke range of 2000 to 4000 mm, a voice control sensor 6, a main control single-chip microcomputer 5, a monitoring camera 10, an alarm 9 and an alarm receiving device. The computer terminal 7 and the alarm button 8 of the center 12; the displacement sensor 1 is provided with a stay rope 2 and a buoy 3, and the buoy 3 is placed in the water and is connected with the displacement sensor 1 by a stay rope 2, so that the fluctuation condition of the water surface Feedback to the displacement sensor 1 in ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a near-drowning alarm system and a method based on a displacement signal and a decibel signal. The outermost end of the cable of a displacement sensor is fixed with a marker which can float on the water. When the marker floats up and down, the sensor cable will reciprocate. The displacement sensor and a voice sensor respectively transmit a displacement signal and a decibelsignal which are measured to a main control single chip microcomputer after a heavy object fell into the water. The main control single chip microcomputer determines whether the displacement signal and the decibel signal reach the threshold, and transmits an alarm signal using wireless transmission technology to the computer terminal of a monitoring room if the displacement signal and the decibelsignal both reach the preset threshold. The staff of the monitoring room calls up the monitoring of the area to determine whether a person fell into the water. An alarm receiving staff immediately starts a water-side alarm device, and dispatches rescue workers to the spot after determining the water-falling person though the monitoring screen. The near-drowning alarm system and the method based onthe displacement signal and the decibel signal adopts sensor chain control, has low false alarm rate and is convenient to operate and use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of drowning alarms, in particular to a drowning alarm system and method based on displacement signals and decibel signals, which are mainly used for drowning alarms at riversides and lakesides. Background technique [0002] Most of the current anti-drowning equipment is used in professional swimming places such as swimming pools, and there is little research on rescue devices for urban lakeside / riverside drowning. In the current social environment, urban drowning has become the second leading cause of death among young people, second only to traffic accidents. Drowning is the third leading preventable cause of sudden death worldwide. Therefore, in today's society, it is particularly necessary to study lakeside / riverside drowning alarm methods. [0003] In the current drowning alarm equipment, most of the personnel need to wear relevant anti-drowning equipment in advance, and drowning by the lake / river is a...
