Abstract

A method for reproducing Camellia oleifera trees comprises the following steps in sequence: (1) processing cuttings by cutting 5-7 cm of annual Camellia oleifera branches as cuttings, and inserting into water for 5-7 days to generate roots; (2) disinfecting the cuttings with the roots just start to grow, and then inserting the cuttings into a culture medium; (2) shading treatment of the cutting seedlings, keeping the temperature at 20-28 DEG C, humidity 80-85%, rooting; and (3) refining seedlings by carrying out refining seedlings 5-10 days after rooting, reducing the humidity in the greenhouse to 50-60% on the first 1-3 days of the seedlings; removing the shielding greenhouse completely on the 8th-10th day of refining, and transplanting, wherein the culture medium used in the step (1) contains the following components including, in parts by weight, 100 parts of fermented Chinese medicine dregs, 30-50 parts of cinder, 20-40 parts of perlite, and 5-10 parts of water retaining agent. The method has the advantages of high survival rate of Camellia oleifera trees and improves seedling speed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, and in particular relates to a method for propagating camellia oleifera. Background technique [0002] Camellia oleifera, Latin name Camellia oleifera Abel, alias: tea seed tree, camellia oil tree, white flower tea; Camellia oleifera belongs to Theaceae, small evergreen tree. Because the seeds can be squeezed oil (tea oil) for food, so it is named, tea oil color is clear and fragrant, rich in nutrition, storage resistance, is a high-quality edible oil; it can also be used as lubricating oil, anti-rust oil for industry, tea cake is not only a pesticide , is also a fertilizer, which can improve the water storage capacity of farmland and control rice field pests. The peel is the raw material for extracting tannin. [0003] There are two methods of propagation of camellia oleifera: sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction. Among them, sexual reproduction will destroy the shape of the mother...
