The system comprises a humidity detection module, a light detection module, a processor, a motor control module and a motor; the humidity detection module detects an ambient humidity value; the light detection module detects an ambient light intensity value; the processor is connected with the humidity detection module and the lightdetection module, generates a first control signal when the humidity value is lower than a preset humidity threshold and the light intensity value is greater than a preset light intensity value, andgenerates a second control signals when the humidity value is higher than the preset humidity threshold or the light intensity value is lower than the preset light intensity value; and the motor control module is connected with the processor, receives the first or second control signal, controls the motor so that a clothes hanger extends out of the room when the first control signal is received, and controls the motor so that the clothes hanger is withdrawn to the indoor when the second control signal is received.
