According to the invention, the concave-arc upward cutting knife and the convex-arc downward cutting knife are utilized for cutting the tab, so a bent R angle is better prevented from extending out from the body of the battery core to puncture an aluminum-plastic diagram, and thus, accidents and battery scraping caused by the puncture of the aluminum-plastic diagram are prevented.
