The method and system can comprise a blood gas analyzer used for sending a blood gas analysis result to a plurality of doctor terminals; a plurality of doctors receive the blood gas analysis result from corresponding doctor terminals, wherein one of the doctors starts processing while the doctor terminals of other doctors automatically mark the blood gas treatment result to be completed, and wait for receiving a next blood gas analysis result; after the doctor starts processing, the doctor terminal returns the processing suggestion to the blood gas analyzer; the blood gas analyzer is used for carrying out automatic printing on the received processing suggestion; and a nurse is used for carrying out medication according to the printed processing suggestion. By means of the multi-terminal combined blood gas analyzer, diseases of patients can be rapidly and timely handled, so that lives of the patients are rescued within the shortest time.
