Abstract

The invention discloses a comprehensive sorting method using a frequency sweep vortex and Barkhausen Noise Method for bearing rings. The method comprises the steps of: 1) finding the detection advantages of two conventional detection methods through detection signals; 2) extracting a new characteristic value reactance integral value F (delta X) and a fourth mean square FPM from the signals with advantages of the two methods; 3) create a two-dimensional draw on the two optimal characteristic values; and 4) classifying the rings through SVM algorithm. According to the comprehensive sorting method using the frequency sweep vortex and the Barkhausen Noise Method for the bearing rings, the method is based on the advantages of the vortex method and the Barkhausen method; by extracting the reactance integral value F (delta X) and the fourth mean square FPM, and by adding a proper classification algorithm, the problem of nondestructive full-inspection of the bearing ring is solved; the accurate classification of qualified, unqualified, and unheated products is achieved; and the efficiency and accuracy requirements for product detection in actual engineering can be met.
